Absolutely breathtaking...

Wow...this is simply amazing. The style is perfect. The emotion is perfect. The shading is perfect. The palette is perfect. I'm no art critic, but I honestly cannot find a single flaw in this picture at all. It has captivated me immensely...Nay, that's an insult; it has inspired a story in me...

For a while now, I've been thinking about what kind of story my album is going to tell, and I think now I can tell it. This woman that you have depicted is going to be part of an epic audio tale, and I can only credit you. Thank you for officially being my favorite NG artist.

Fantastic

Absolutely mind-blowing. It reminds me of the robot that wanders around in the desert in Titanomachina...except your rendition is an absolute masterpiece. What's most amazing about this piece is that even though the color scheme is quite uniform, there is still so much to look at. I'm absolutely astounded by this piece of work, and appalled that it did not finish first for Robot Day 2010. Keep up the great work my friend; you may have just inspired me, both musically and in drawing.

I agree with the guy below, her skin seems...not right in places lol. And her cheekline doesn't seem to blend as well with her neck, like the shadow's a tad too dark or somethin. And I guess the lighting feels super-bright. But, all in all, I really like this drawing! That girl is really cute (and I pretty much recognized her off the bat lol). And her smile is perfect, I dunno what the guy below is ranting about lol. Great job on this one man; it's among my favorites, because despite the minor issues with the drawing, you still managed to capture her essence and glance. It's among my favorites here on NG!

P.S. I noticed that all of your artwork is female...Specifically, blonde, white female...And most/all of them are beautiful. And you capture most of their looks perfectly (I know that's not an outright similarity; that's a complement lol).

Addicting as hell

Wow, you've definitely got a great attention to detail. I must say, this is probably now among my favorite works of art here on NG. The shading is spectacular; the positioning, picture-perfect; the coloration, dark and very L4D-ish...really, great stuff. I think that this picture just becomes even more awesome when you realize that this is a portrayal of YOURSELF in L4D. Quite imaginative! Keep it up; I'm beginning to see that your stuff is addicting as hell. It makes me jealous; I wish I could draw like that (I coulda too, I had the eye for it, but decided to become a music junkie and guitar-player instead =P).

Haha, well, aside from the retarded banter below..

I like it, pretty freaking awesome. Everyone loves ninjas lol! The colors are nice and crisp, and the angle is nice. It's also a nice touch to have Rouge looking out, like waiting but sharp. The way her hair contrasts with the darkness is also pretty sweet, a nice blend of that reddish-brown in the midst of the darkness. The shape is fine, and everything seems proportional. Yes, I understand that there are indeed toes on that branch. This is because she's laying out in the tree (jesus, really people?! Ever heard of perspective? =P) The only thing I'd say is that the shading and color blends feel imbalanced in places; the branches provide a lot of different colors to mix with the earthy branches, the darkness, and the moonlight shining overhead, yet Rouge's own body feels of single shades, and I think that adding one or two more might make her seem more...well, "alive," so to speak. I'm sorry, I'm not an artist (only a humble musician =P), so the terminology I use is probably not correct. However, I hope you can make out what I'm trying to say lol. Good stuff though, keep it up!

Sick, man!

I love the detail in it, and the color scheme reminds me of something from Halo. The symmetry of it kind of blows the mind as well, because everything else seems chaotic. It's gorgeous, and it looks like a supernova. I also appreciate the fact that it looks like a face. Awesome work broski, keep it up!

jesus, this is crazy man! it's like a cross between the nightmare before christmas and something out of burning crusade. dude, i'm no artist, but as an amateur i can only imagine how much time it took you shade this thing. this is a masterpiece of horror; it's kinda inspirational to the song i'm writing right now lol.

Beautiful

It reminds me a little bit of the paintings my grandma would make. I like the simplicity and the choice of colors, and the reflection is an excellent compliment. Good job!
